The John S. Latsis Ileians' Scolarships Foundation is part of the network of foundation established by the family of John Latsis and its operation is funded exclusively by the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation.

The Foundation is under the joint supervision of the Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Finance. It is governed by an eight-member Board consisting of the following members:
