Purpose

The John S. Latsis Ileians’ Scholarships Foundation was established in 1967 by John S. Latsis with the aim of furthering the education of young people from the Prefecture of Ileia.

The Foundation awards scholarships for

• undergraduate studies at Greek Higher Educational Institutions

• postgraduate studies leading to a Master's and/or PhD degree in Greece or abroad to students who were Foundation scholars at the undergraduate level and have distinguished themselves academically.
